Sator was responsible for the commercialization, communication, partners and operation of the event, which was dedicated to aviation lovers, integrating culture, business, information, fun and socio-environmental consciousness in a 400.000 m².
A partnership between Intermodal and Fiesp for the organization of the logistics seminar that took place during the event, in order to discuss the collaboration between the industry and other organizations and how they can help removing the obstacles of the sector.
Sator was responsible for exhibiting the replica of the Demoiselle airplane, from Arruda Botelho institute, on Le Bourget, the biggest aviation exhibition in Europe. The goal was promoting the information on the Brazilian airspace industry.
In the year of 2007 we coordinated the first edition of Labace, the biggest executive aviation exhibition in Latin America, being responsible for repositioning and planning the event.
In 2007 we conducted Broa FLy-in for the second year in a row, once more being responsible for the communication, partnerships and operation of the event.
Business event aimed at retailers, architects and designers, Paralela Gift presents new trends in decoration, furniture and gifts, favoring the most renowned Brazilian designers. Sator held the 13 and 14 editions of the fair, both in 2008.
This event had as its main role to inform the public with interactivity on the role of ANAC as regulator, encouraging the development of civil aviation and aeronautical mentality and stimulating interaction between civilian and military. In 2008 we held the last edition of Broa Fly-in, which was marked as an important event in the airport market for his three years of activity.
In 2008 we continued to coordinate and carry out the second edition of LABACE, which remained as the most important fair of the continent executive aviation.
The Unomarketing Platform was created in 2009, as an initiative prepared by Sator to promote the concepts of transparency, sustainability and responsibility in corporate communication processes.
In 2009 we held Anac’s Civil Aviation Exhibition for the second year. The event had as its main function to inform the public with interactivity on the role of ANAC as regulator, encouraging the development of civil aviation and aeronautical mentality and stimulating interaction between civilian and military.
In 2009 we held the Labace the third consecutive year, still providing coordination and services implementation, and being responsible for marketing, communication and event operational actions.
The event was a partnership with atopos Group of ECA-USP and brought together leading scholars from Italy, France, Spain and Canada to present and discuss with professionals, academics, social and business leaders in addition to this public, perpetrated changes in our daily lives because of the diffusion of new technologies in digital communication. Sator was responsible for marketing, communications plan, partnerships and Event operational actions.
In 2010 we also held the third and last edition of Anac's Civil Aviation Exhibition, which played an important goal of rebuilding a positive image for the air transport sector, which was going through a difficult time because of the 2006 of the first half crises 2007.
ICE (International Exhibition Conversion) was a highly specialized event in the packaging materials industry wound conversion such as paper, film and aluminum. We were responsible for the marketing and communication partnerships in Brazil, as well as operational support to the event.
In 2010 we held the Labace the last year, and during the four issues we were ahead of the event organizers have obtained significant results of exhibitors, public and media.
We held the second and last edition of Unomarketing in 2010. The event met its objective to involve the whole industry chain on the agenda of transparency, sustainability and responsibility in corporate communication processes.
In 2011 we held the first edition of Airport Infra Expo, the first event in Latin America focused on airport infrastructure and commercial aviation. The event brought together all the airport supply chain for the exhibition and seminar.
Sator was responsible for the disclosure in Brazil and operational support to the event that took place in Rio de Janeiro. It was an opportunity for aviation professionals and other market participants know the economic benefits generated by aviation, as well as measures that the industry has taken to reduce its impact on the environment.
In 2011 we were responsible for Choice’s organization, an initiative of ARTEMISIA, a non-profit organization and a benchmark for social impact business. The event brings together students with innovative and entrepreneurial attitude to connect job, way of life and social impact.
In 2012 came the second AIE, which was consolidated for another year as the meeting point of the entire airport industry, having a trade show with many exhibitors from around the world, as well as a seminar with experts in the field. This year we also started the business roundtables, one of the most praised modalities of the event.
First Road Show aimed to airport infrastructure, the event was organized by Sator at Centro Parque, in Chile. During the two days of the event, a seminar, exhibition and business roundtables in partnership with the Ministry of Public Works, DGAC and IATA were held.
The third edition of AIE happened in 2013, for another year bringing the chain of airport sector providers and aviation trade fair, seminar and business roundtables.
Promoted by ICZ and organized by Sator, the 2nd edition of GALVABRASIL - Brazilian Plating Congress was held in October 2013 at the Caesar Park in Sao Paulo, consolidating itself as an industry meeting point for development, promotion and discussion of new ideas in this market.
We conducted the Sustainable Brands for the first time in 2013. Focused on understanding and leveraging the role of the brand in building a prosperous future. The event is based on the belief that by stimulating the best of innovation, we can change the way in which they do business and, therefore, the world.
Promoted by SindusCon-SP, CONSTRUBR was conducted by Sator in April 2014, at a strategic moment for the development of construction sector in which the country needs the capacity, excellence and global vision to perform with great success the infrastructure projects for years to come.
We organized the event for the second time in 2014. Besides Brazil, the global network of Sustainable Brands conference, includes San Diego, London and Istanbul.
AIE happened for the fourth time in 2014, again bringing together the entire industry to discuss best practices in order to continue its growth.
In 2015 the AIE innovated and divided the event in three workshops that happened over the year. The first one, in Brasilia, took place in March and was focused on Airports Management; the two others were based in São Paulo: in July,aiming at the Luggage, Handling and Catering supply chain; and in October, dedicated to Airport City and Real Estate.
2015 also marked Sator as the year that we held Connected Smart Cities, an event focused on smarter cities, covering a completely new market for us. The event took place in São Paulo, with expo, forum, business meetings, and a ranking and an award specially developed for the event.

Sator also co-producted Elle Fashion Preview 2016 event magazine "Elle Brazil" which anticipated the main trends winter 2016 just before the start of Fashion Week. The event was held in September 2015 in Rio de Janeiro, with the most renowned names in fashion. The parade took place in an unusual location, the track from Santos Dumont Airport.
Promoted by IDIS - Institute for the Social Investment Development - the fourth edition of the Brazilian Forum of Philanthropists and Social Investors was organized by Sator, aiming to offer an exclusive space for the philanthropic community to meet, exchange experiences and learn from their peers .
AIE 2016 will take place on April 14, in Brasilia, focusing on drawing an overview for a sustainable development of the Brazilian airport sector.
In its second year, we decided to take Connected Smart Cities to the city that ranked first in the ranking developed for the event: Rio de Janeiro. More specifically, the event will take place in Porto Maravilha, an innovative project developed by the city.
The 1st edition of IBAS - International Brazil Air Show was held from March 29 to April 2nd 2017 at Terminal 1 of RioGaleão Airport in Rio de Janeiro.
The 3rd edition of Connected Smart Cities was held in June 21st and 22nd 2017 in São Paulo with great success consolidating itself as the main event of the sector in Brazil.
